The cellar of wine-dinners counts several thousands of very old wines.
The bottles that are shown cover large periods of time, and very different rarities. These bottles will probably be included in the next dinners.
The rarest wines will only be included in dinners upon request as it happened when an Yquem 1861 of my cellar was opened for a dinner specially held by Chateau d’Yquem, to celebrate this extremely rare wine. This dinner was organised as a regular wine-dinners with wines of my collection.
