On a long period of time, during official wine-dinners or on private dinners, I have drunk thousands of old wines. And I have kept the empty bottles which talk to me more than just the labels.
Romanée Conti 1945 in magnum, Cheval Blanc 1947 in magnum, Pétrus 1961, Yquem 1861 or 1893, Muscat des Canaries 1828, Lacrima Christi 1780 and so many other very precious old bottles constitute a very emotional museum.
This is a guarantee that you will be “in good hands” when having dinner with me, as my experience will help you, with wines of years like 1928 or 1929 that I have drunk which can be counted in hundreds.
This museum should give you the will to join our group of wine lovers.
